Nvidia Raid controller

Hello,

Can anyone could tell me if the RAID controller cards Nvidia nForce4 is the same as the nForce 630a? And if they are compatible? I spend an ASUS A8N32 SLI Deluxe (just burned) to a ASUS M2N68, and retrieve my HDD which is 2 in raid0 stripper.

Head for the Asus site, you compare the two references, and you cry, because in my opinion, there are 99% chance that it is not the same.

If it can interest someone (or not). I fixed my problem.
A friend had an A8N Sli cm that were hanging in his home. I reconnected the above hdd raid, installed XP on a 3rd disk (because the OS on the raid is launched more, it rebooted as soon as xp is started) and bang.

Thats great news. Another way is to try going to your Device Manager and seeing if anyting is poping up with a Red Exclamation ! or Yellow ? mark. If you NVRAID is showing up here, try doing a manual update of the driver (right clicking on the device, and selecting properties) and try installing the driver this way (also selecting the location of the correct driver as well).

Make sure you're using the most up to date NForce4 driver off the NVidia website...and the appropriate Driver for your motherboard (I think there are few different NForce4 Foreware drivers).
