Select screen, size, brand, resolution ...

I decided to change my screen. So I'm looking for a screen design rather ...

    My configuration: AMD 4200+ X2 with a big o/ c scheduled, HD 4850, 3 GB of RAM ...

I just do not know what to choose, I appeal to you!

So first start by choosing my use: games, film (DVD), web, short of everything but mostly for games

I do not know what to do in terms of 16/9, 16/10, 1680x1050, 1920x1200, 1920x1080 in 22 or 24 inches.

With DVI, which supports HDCP (explain in passing). Then no matter if VGA and HDMI are present.

My budget is Rs. 16500 max. Help me choose between resolution, size, brand

Rs. 16500 for screen with a mark, it will rely on a 22" good or 24" poor
Especially as the 24'' are not expensive 16 / 9 inadequate PC games (in terms of resolution)

A 22' 'in 1680 x 1050 will be better also for the graphics card

say that my problem is more a term of choice of size and resolution rather than inches and marks (I know enough to determine my need for speed, color ...)

Only in terms of price, I have a concern, a friend decides to change his 24 inches screen and decides a price of Rs. 13000.

the HDCP protection is used on high-definition movies (Blu Ray and HD DVD)
to be more precise, it is an encryption that is done on input and output digital video (DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort, etc. ...)

output graphics card, the signal is encrypted and input screen it is decrypted
Thus, the output of the graphics card is equipped with a chip HDCP (for encryption) and that the entry of the screen is equipped with a chip HDCP (for decrypt)

with regard to the resolution in line with the graphics card, look at the test card, you will see in terms of games that you play you need

    but basically to sum up:
the HD4850 can play both in 1680 (almost entirely responsible) in 1920 (but with some compromises)
