Help choosing a 26-30 inch screen

I need a 26-30 inches (28 is perfect) screen. I want a quality monitor for a max of Rs. 51000

Use:
- Games (but not many FPS, it will be mainly RTS / Starcraft 2)
- Office & internet
- No or very few movies (I have a Samsung 58-inch screen on which I weigh the movies)

I noticed some references but my use I do not know what to choose.

I selected 7 there, knowing that already some of them are too expensive for the budget that I expect.

I recently bought the DAEWOO Sensy LCD30KAL 30" for Rs. 50000 on a discount. I really liked its looks.

I will give you my opinion for those I've tested:

Forget Dell 2709w, it lags a lot during game play, far too expensive for what it is.

The LG W2600HP-BF is almost perfect for the uses that I've: FPS and graphics. No way by 1:1 against if you want to play on PlayStation or otherwise.
