Difference between e2160 and E8400

Well, since I arrived a mere E8400 but after been reading that, there is not much difference between these processors, is it true? worth buying?

I had a E2160 and E8400, and is now a pretty big difference, you first have to force it to reach 3GHz in fact I gave hasat 3.4ghz by air. besides the L2 cache of the E2160 is more kid (1mb) and run some applications (games more than anything) quite slow. in comparison the E8400 tend 6MB of L2 and everything runs fine.

When compared to 3.0GHz there is not much difference in games. Como saben lo más importante para juegos es una buena VGA. As you know the most important thing for games is a good VGA.
