Black screen when I plug in my new graphic card

Good Afternoon,

I recently bought a new graphic card sapphire hd 3850 but still i have my old agp card as it was old so i thought to buy a new one,I uninstalled the drivers for my old card and when I plug in my new card and power on the pc screen is blackI changed my power supply unit for a more powerful but nothing changes ,please help me what can do here to solve my problem i m worried as my graphic card is new

uninstall the old graphics card via the device manager. (right click it and then uninstall) and after that reinstall the new card and restarts, and then installs the driver for it properly .

The Screen never turn on with new graphic card but when i tried with old agp card it work properly could it be compatibly issue of graphics card with motherboard thanks for your replies
