    8500GT can run GTA IV ?

    I want to know is what my configuration can run GTA IV 1024x768 resolution in all low:
    P4 HT 3.20GHZ P4
    1.5GB ram Kingston
    8500GT 512mb DDR2

    Yes GTA 4 work but not at max. My brother was playing with his old configuration (Sempron 2500 + Socket A, X1650 Pro AGP and 1.5 GB of RAM PC3200 ...) in 1024 * 768 as average. If you have XP it's OK, if you have Vista you can draw a cross on it.Vista pump more RAM than XP

    you will have concern. 1.5 ram is not really the foundation on pc is 2 gb. your processor begins to be old, and the graphics card starts at age.

    hello, I have XP and I will add another 1Gb of ram will make its 2.5GB and I will also change CPU

    and is that a 8500GT in PCI Express and in X1650PRO a powerful AGP? and what I can play a Assassin's Creed with 1024x768 resolution and all medium?

    No, it is slightly below a 7600 GS, which is itself below a X1650 Pro.

    You can play in GTA 4 but sacrificing some graphics options. The 8500GT is roughly equivalent to a X1650Pro though that is a little faster with filters.
    For Assassin's Creed you can also play but sacrificing a bit.

    I played many games with a graphics card much worse (a X1300Pro)
    I played almost substantive Command and Conquer 3 in 1024 * 768. not bad for a card entry!
