Small Question on the 4870X2

I had a good price for my 8800 Ultra and I would change for a high-performance graphics card. Is it that if I take a 4870X2, I could enjoy it on a screen 19 "WideScreen 1400X900 compensating by activating the AA?

Or rather if you advise me to wait for the next round of nVidia or ATI but I think ATI is on the right track for now, right ?

A HD4850 should not really make any performance. A HD4870 yes, but if you can already play Crysis in very high so fluid, so it's not worth changing.
