The link that you have posted is not proper, it is giving 404 error so please paste the proper link again. Btw how old is your monitor? Does it happen each and every time when you are playing any game or doing some intense work on your pc? Also if you can replace it then why to make special effort by fixing it rather than getting a new one free of cost, if in warranty?

It indeed looks like there is some kind of interference with the monitor graphics. Is your monitor located besides or very near to any magnetic device? For example phone, television, any electrical appliance, etc.?

What did you actually do by degaussing the monitor. Degaussing eliminates or reduces any magnetic interference with the monitor. This should have solved the black lines problem in your monitor. But if not, try locating it a little away from magnetic devices or shift those devices instead, whichever is convenient for you.
