PC does not detect monitor

The monitor is LG StudioWorks 900b of 19 '
pc PC
intel celeron 918Mhz Intel Celeron 918Mhz
512ram.
Nvidia GeForce mx/mx400

at first I said "off-frequency"
After testing in VGA mode and no longer restart I get more out of the frequency

The big problem now is that I see the letters cloudy not much but it shows that are not clear especially in the middle of the screen.

Help! there a solution? this monitor is going to kill me SIGHT!

this may be your problem with the letters.

To do this you'll control panel> System> Advanced tab>
Yield (configuration) and there you will find an option.
