Nvidia GeForce FX 6200 256MB DDR2 AGP 8x <- (Is this board good?Or there is any better? Awaits us your comments! Not only of the plate memory ram source tell me!

7600GT packs the best VFM in the AGP range... so, in the same board you can go for that. HD 3850 is the best AGP card, but it might be a little too costly for the performance.
