    Data backup on MS Project

I've developed a fairly large MS Project schedule for my department, and people are asking about how we hold/ back up the data. We've been running a large database to hold project data up to now but it's quite inflexible. I was wondering whether it's worth coping all the data from MS Project across to the database (or another) or whether saving backups of the MS Project data is sufficient. Any views?

I would ensure your project files are backed up to some other system daily. No need for a db backup. If the project file is large and accessed by several people then consider more than daily backups.
