Okay. So, let's start from the top:
It appears from the screen shot that you are using Project 2007.
The settings in the Print dialog only effect printing. So, with those settings what are you seeing in Print Preview? Again, you cannot remove other dates from the Gantt chart view -- you only control what prints.
From the Project summary tasks I don't see any tasks finishing after July 31, 2011. How many columns are you printing? (See the Page Setup dialog box, View tab) What is your scaling in the Page Setup dialog?
Please answer these specific questions and I'll try to be of more assistance -- but it's very difficult for me to trouble shoot when you don't answer any specific question.
A couple of other comments -- blank lines are not recommended in Microsoft Project. It also appears that you have typed in the start dates on tasks 11, 12, 15, etc. Are there actually tasks back in Feb of 2010?

I'm afraid that I cannot help by 'fixing' your file. The print settings are based upon printer, so what works in my system will not work on yours. The scaling 1 page by 1 page is likely what is causing the extra dates at the end. Try removing the scaling and set the date range in the print dialog box.
