Help!!! Why won't my Vista Home Premium MCE show pictures or video

If I am having the folder added to watched folder or not, then I can see all of the folders and subfolders that contain all the standard JPG images and MPG movies that I have, but every folder is empty in media center. Music file is just working fine. I think that Vista MCE uses WMP 11 to display the video and pictures. So, is there something messing with it from there? Any ideas?

You can try to go to in the Registry entry and under PERCEIVED, you need to type for mpg, mpeg, avi, etc type of files. Once that is solved then you are fine to go ahead. Just do a search for the "Perceived Type" and you will get what you want. It is a very simple solution that will work properly. This problem is caused due to Nero I think that took over and changed them on my system.
