boot problem STOP 0x0000007B (0xBA4C3524, etc)

I have a system which will not past the blue screen displaying with STOP 0x0000007B error code. I also tried Safe Mode which and last known good confirguration but nothing seems to be working. I can only the to Windows Recovery with the startup method that gets me past this safe mode and from there I have tried FIXBOOT and FIXMBR but I kept getting the dumped back to the blue screen error. I guess that the previously installed USB printer that has updated drivers would be causing this issue, but I am not able to get past where I have to do a System Restore or RollBack the drivers. Is there anyone who can help me out? Thank you.

It seems to me that the only option left for only option left for you is to reload windows operating system from fresh installation. Incase you want to retrieve some data or files from the hard drive that is stored on the local operating system drive then you can try to connect your hard drive in some other pc and then transfer all the data that you want.

You may receive a "Stop 0x0000007B" error message if your computer is infected with a boot-sector virus. If the problem is intermittent and you can start Windows, check your computer for viruses. If you find a virus, also check any floppy disks for viruses before you use them again. Check some tips given on how to solve this error, from here - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324103
