TV tuner not found error message

Hi, am using Windows XP system connected with USB Artec digital TV card. Though this card works fine on my computer but it wont works with Media Center. Every time it says “TUNER NOT FOUND The tuner hardware is either malfunctioning or not installed. Please ensure that both the tuner hardware and a valid tuner driver are installed.”

I updated all my drivers to most recent version but the problem still persists. What you guys think, could it be due to incompatibility issues? Please help.

You must check with your Card’s manufacturer regarding this. Ask them if this card is compatible with Media Center and if they have drivers for your operating system version. I did not see any VISTA or MCE2005 Media Center application compatible drivers listed only Windows OS compatible drivers
