DECCHECK for vista?

Can anybody tell me where can I find a version of DECCHECK for Windows Vista? Or is there any similar software like it, thanks for any help in advance.

You can download a utility called Vista Media Center Decoder utility from here which will show you the current default decoders, let you select an alternative. This application requires .net Framework v2 and you must save this program locally.
