Airtel 3G 4GB Data Pack available for 90 Days

I have heard that Airtel has launched a new plan for 3G data internet that consist of 4gb data for Rs. 499 only for 90 days? This means that we can use this 3g plan for atleast 3 months and after that the validity will expire. I usually travel a lot and hence I was looking to get this plan so that I should surf the internet for some work whenever required? Is there anyone who has some experience of this data plan? Thanks

Well, I have not heard about this plan but still if this internet data pack exists then I will call Airtel customer care to confirm about it. I checked their website though and nothing was mentioned about it. I am on Vodafone and it really irritates paying Rs. 250 for 3gb internet data plan of vodafone 3G. Reliance was also going to launch a cheaper 3g plan but still there is no news about it.

I am using Reliance 3g internet data plan of 4gb for 90 days for Rs. 350 but in a month I am limited to use only 2gb internet data, which is quite weird plan. This plan is good but the only problem is that if I am in a very rural area then I will not get the 3G coverage and running the phone on GPRS speed is also very pathetic. If this new Airtel 3G plan is good then I will switch to it for sure.

This 4 GB 3G Data offer at Rs. 499 from Airtel seems to be only for the prepaid data card customers and not the postpaid customers. This plan is applicable only for the new prepaid 3G data card subscribers which will be available only in Airtel 3g circles. And when this plan is expired then you will be charged Rs. 3p/10kb for 3G and 10p/10kb for 2g network.
