Micromax Mmx144f 3g with vodafone card problem

I have got a Micromax Mmx144f 3g data card and I am using it with my Vodafone sim card. To use the 3g speed I am trying to install it in my computer so that I can use the 3g network. But after connecting it to my computer I am geting an error message that says failed to dialup? Does anyone know a way how to fix this? Thanks

Can you tell us what is the operating system you have installed in your computer? Have you tried to uninstall the software that came with the 3g data card and then check to make sure if the drivers are still present in your computer after removing it. If you find it then try to reinstall it again by choosing the right operating system that you are using on your pc.

If the Micromax Mmx144f 3g data card is having some problem then you can ask them to send a replacement for it, if it is under warranty. After using this Mmx144f 3g card from a long time I have regularly started getting failed connection. I have also noticed that this card gives less browsing speed if we compare it to Micromax 3.6 modem. The performance of this data card is very poor. I am also not able to open Facebook at certain times, so better go with another card from Huawei or something else.
