Airtel GPRS configuration in MMX310G 3G USB Modem

Hi friends,

I'm using Airtel sim in MMX310G 3G USB Modem with following settings:
APN: airtelgprs.com
Dilling No: *99#

I'm using these settings for airtel sim in Noida, but not able to connect. It says connection failed.

can anybody tell me what's wrong?? Am I using wrong settings??

First thing you need to ensure that the 3G service is activated. Second you will need proper APN settings to run 3G internet on the usb modem. So try calling customer and ask them does MMX310G 3G USB Modem supports Airtel's 3g sim service. You can easily find APN settings for Android and other phones.
