Reliance 3G in E1750C

I have a unlocked modem E1750C, m using reliance 3G sim with a plan of rs 750 unlimited per month.
i had bought this sim free from Reliance center kolkata, 10days ago. Only 1st two days it gave the full fledged 3G speed and then it was not even as 2G speed.
Mre shocking is that it has download speed of 7-8 kbps, can u imagine???????
i realyy want to know how and hy dis is happenning??
m thinking of throwing this sim on the face of reliance if dont get any solution, pls help.....

To use a 3G speed you need a better modem which much support 3G connectivity. The modem E1750C supports 3G but due to old firmware or not detected by the service provider. You need a valid apn key or access to the network which is only provided by telecom company. I do not think you might gain a better access than this.
