Cost for built-in 3G Internet connection

Hello friends, I have read that cannot transfer ebooks from iPhone to Kindle, which is really bad for me, so now planning to take 3G kindle. I have heard that the purchase price for the kindle is not having any ongoing cost for the 3G. Is there any internet provider account, if it is there then what are the charges for each month for the data download on the phone. So it is possible to get in Australia or not. Please tell me, so that I can get some of the ebooks for me. Thank you.

If you are having Amazon account then there will be no monthly charges for you. In some of the countries they have added surcharge of $2.00, as they are not having any contracts with a provider and rely on roaming. If you are also coming in that country then you will be charge $2.00 for it. If you are asking about Australia then I would suggest that you better ask any of Amazon customers, he might be having better idea of it.
