Not able to connect wifi on second mobile using Tikona WiBro

I have been using the Tikona WiBro broadband for that I also purchased the router but the problem is that while using the wifi on the HTC wildfire S Smartphone it is able to connect to the wifi, but when I’m trying to use on the Motorola xt fire I’m not able to connect the wifi. So for this what can be the reason for not able to connect wifi on the Motorola xt fire.

For this I would like to know that have you tried connecting only with the Motorola xt fire, so that you will come to know that is there is problem with the router or the phone. So for this try to connect the xt fire phone only with the tikona router.

I tried the following which you have mentioned above and what I found out that connecting the Motorola xt fire phone with the Tikona wifi router it was not able to connect it. So why it is not able to connect with the wifi. Is the router capable of managing two mobiles or is there any problem with the mobile itself.

If you are facing the problem of connecting the wifi with two mobiles then try the following things:-

    • If you are having laptop then try to use wifi and connect it with the Tikona Wifi
    • Now connect it and then go to the Tikona Site
    • Now there download the WiBro and get it installed on to your laptop.
    • After doing this configure it to the Auto login when you start up
    • Try to login and there you will find the Self Care Portal
    • Now go to the MAC address section and remove all of them
    • After doing this turn of the power of the router and system
    • Try to connect the RJ45 port to the WAN.
    • Now turn the power ON of the Router and the system simultaneously

After doing this now try to connect your smartphones and see whether it is able to connect with the wifi or not

One thing I want to ask you is that is it necessary to delete all the MAC address from the self care portal and by doing this what benefit I will get and what is the reason for doing this.

It is necessary to delete all the MAC address from the self care portal, unless you delete the mac address portal will not allow you to connect with the other smartphone. So try to do the following things as according to me it should work on the motorola xt fire.
