What I meant, when you take a package of 4 GB for rs.98 GPRS does not apply to other circles except for his family circle. Data is loaded as 10P/10Kb other circles (Vodafone). To my knowledge BSNL only the data packet is taken applies to all media.

This is actually repulsive. I was having comparable package dependency and free data usage was applicable to all over India.

They have roaming, nevertheless the condition is work data and other 3G services in the identical operator and not just the additional cost for 3G data roaming as well.

Vodafone bad interns of roaming. I have Airtel and Vodafone, Maharashtra circle, using in Mumbai. Airtel does not charge roaming for voice calls but Vodafone does charge.

I used my Airtel outside Maharashtra and Mumbai. I do not charge unconnectedly for the 2G plan.

We actually necessitate two policies in the U.S. - No roaming charges, and the country's number portability across. The two would be huge to have, and be certain to lower turnover and better constancy for operators as well.

RIL has 20MHz of spectrum across India by paying 12k cr R, Bharti, as stupid (in retrospect), paid the same amount of 5 MHz 3G spectrum in only 13 circles. RIL has the largest distance spectrum in India. Now you can offer all services over converged license.

As indicated by the National Statistics Office (network service operator) and SDO (operator services) will be separated with the ONE will have to provide mandatory services SDO in a nondiscriminatory manner. Therefore, means a company like Airtel will have to apply for both ODS and the license ONE own infrastructure as well. And if applied automatically NSO undergo a sort of local loop unbundling.

Although these sections are in the section of phones, not idiots sibal suppose to set IPTV, video, etc in the NSO area imagine of them as mobile services

Making policies is one obsession. Getting companies to put in and start manufacturing networking hardware is a further. Chinese companies would almost certainly not acquire licenses to setup their operations here. That would leave companies like Cisco and alcatel

This is a draft. Who are seeking information. It will modify. Or perhaps not. As for unlimited broadband plans. 512 kbps should not be a big problem for ISPs. Could convert more of its plans to broadband high-speed (or whatever) to move through this new policy.
