I want the MTNL Triband Connection, Several calling to the customer Care of MTNL Delhi website to search for the nearest website, but not satisfy with that. So if you peoples have any answer then please suggest (where should I try, how long it take to make the connection, any other connection is better beside this, about downloading speed of this connection , basic charges/kb, What accessories are required for Broadband connection)

The Following accessory is important for Broadband connection
1) ADSL Modem/router (CPE) is required.CPE will be provided by MTNL on rental basis’s. 80/- per month
2) To get the connectivity to the computer, ADSL Modem has an Ethernet Port and USB Port. Either of the ports can be used for connection.
The charging will be based on the amount of data downloaded or contact to your ISP for more information.

1. Check out your forms and proof correctly twice.
For those who are the owner of their own house get the following document:
1. At least any two Xerox copy out of this
o Electricity bill
o Water supply bill
o Phone bill etc.
2. For Photo Identification purpose Any one thing can be accept
• Driving license
• PAN card
• Voter ID
• Or any other Govt recognized ID will be accepted
For those living in a rented flat (on rent basis):
1. Rent Agreement photocopy along with NOC of room owner
Common Rule at the time of submission of the forms you should go through
1. Do not forget to carry all original documents
2. Make sure that all of your photocopies’ must be dark enough
