Airtel netXpert

Guys..have anyone tried Airtel NetXpert software??

I can't install that and getting an error that IE 5 and above is required, but am using Win 7 and by default it has IE 8...Also, tried to change the default browser from firefox to IE still no go..

Tried contacted support 4 times and the call got disconnected..

Any suggestion

Thats weird, Windows 7 comes with Internet Explorer 8 presintalled and how come you be getting an error related to update browser above IE 5.5?? Have you tried to install the Airtel netXpert in windows xp compatability mode? If still it doesnt work then I assume that the Airtel netXpert is not supported in your version of Windows operating System.

I've tried all the possibilities and is that smething can we do in Win 7 to install Netxpert in Win XP compatibility mode?? if theres smething pls let me know
