Recently I shifted to Mumbai so now I have to take new broadband connection. So for new broadband connection I asked friend they suggest me some broadband company but I attracted to one broadband company. Because same name I heard on previous place where I would stay. But I want to know full review about that company Tikona. At first only I want to take a life time permanent broadband connection so I want more detail about Tikona broadband company. Is Tikona is good in service? How quickly they respond to customer. Any people who experience this Tikona can share their experience.

Since I’m using this Tikona broadband from 1 month, but I’m not satisfied with their service they provided. When I apply for new connection there service people take around a week for the installation at my home. I’m not getting their submitted speed and it gets disconnect automatically after 1 or 2 hr till the 3 to 4 hr. many times I complained about this problem they just only say that their engineer were on the way. Really I’m get tired while using this company broadband service.

Their service is good when only their tower is present near to your home or apartment. If you talk about thane region service then according to me it’s really worst service. I frustrated because of their customer support they take so much time to resolve the customer problem. Their sales guys make you wait for hours on call or if you call them they switch off their cell phone. One main thing they don’t provide wireless service. They provide wireless service but in very less region. Their signal strength is very poor it always disconnected due to any environmental factors.

They have taken Rs 500 for installation charges from plenty of people and now they are refusing returning that. In the first place, the selling specialists will approach your house to give you a superb demo. The speed in the midst of the demo is too unpleasant and they will guarantee that the speed when the valid connection is installed should be much number one. Everything looks decent till you get the association connection. It will take 2 to 3 days for installation. Really now I understand that don’t go for new companies old company is best one.
