    Mobile value added services

I bought a laptop from a dealer (notes solution books. A month ago because of the ignition problem, I reported to the vendor 15 days there. The dealer sent it back to the manufacturer. My question is how long they have rights to keep the laptop. What if they keep longer, what can I ask? Thank you very much, I know it's more legal information but I think it can interest several people.

The best thing to do in these cases there remains the threat. We must send a letter with return receipt to the dealer (even if the pb comes from medion, your partner is the dealer, so you have to threaten him that can then be turned against his supplier). In this letter, mentioning the date of purchase, cost, waiting time, and put the seller to return the remains of your PC within 15 days of receiving recommended. Explain that after this period you will have recourse to the District Court of the City Dealer. So this is what from which you can go. And I am sure this will help you. In general, when the letter is well shot and the seller feels that you know a thing or right, things suddenly accelerated unless it is a crook in front of you!

I bought a laptop earlier this year at NBS via telephone; I was dealing with a person who confirmed the purchase and shipment of a laptop PIV package (shipping port 3000rs). I got to the reception in a case of wine in cardboard laptop PIII (upload simple). Once we return in the morning the machine and have contact the company for terms and conditions of repayment. The phone no "problems" with the reception they will refund .... After a few days and several calls, SNB informs us that the machine has arrived, but broken. SNB, asks us to walk the assurance so I contracted my own initiative to return the machine .... And yes, the first person I contacted for the return of the machine asked me to send the machine into single shipments (without insurance). We have requested the document that the Post delivers to the recipient if it breaks. After several telephone conversations still nothing since. We send a letter to request the cancellation of the sale. No headlines.

I bought a computer at NBS. I brought in a few months after repair. I waited three months to get it back. but it still did not work. Since then I have nothing left. I called X times, the head, where XXXXXX is never there when it was on the phone, he always says that it will come. I sent a registered letter: no response. I went through a conciliator; even he had no answer SNB when he sent a courier. So I filed a complaint with the district court to obtain satisfaction. I spend a few months hearing. I do not know what to do here.

I had the opportunity to speak with the director of marketing at NVIDIA Optimus, Optimus Toshiba said no use of technology in the X505, and could be the "echo" saving feature is the cause of poor performance in the game when the battery . So I have the support of Toshiba a call and the representative did not know how to solve this problem, in fact, he sent me to a technology level 2 and that person was thought to be a driver / bios issues. I asked if I could make this situation because I really want to be mobile and moved from an outlet at a time when video games and notify the department in charge of it. He said he has been almost a month and I'm thinking that went in one ear and out the other. So I go again, perhaps a written document to carry the ball rolling and the measures taken to give X505 owners their full potential as a laptop / notebook for mobile gaming.
