Now pay only for as much as you talk.For example if you talk for 30 seconds than you will be charged minimum 50p. But in this Pay-per-Second plan you will pay only 30p for 30 seconds. You do not need to check phone always while talking that how much time is left in the pulse. Just talk as much as you want and you will be charged for that much (seconds) only.

I guess most of the Mobile Networks in the India are providing the call rates as pay per second though it might not be applicable with all the plans but such plans exists. But I think yet there are no network which is so cheaper as that of MTS who provides plans in which you can talk double in the single second which is exactly 50% cheaper that that of 1P/Sec plans provided other networks.
