I am using the BSNL broadband plan from the last few months and it is serving me the best also it is tone of the best in the business. I have no problem what so ever with it but recently I had changed my plan by directly visiting the BSNL gallery now I want to update my account but don’t know how to do it also I want to check that whether the plan of mine is updated or not, Now how I can check it can anyone help me in this case.

It seems to me that there are several ways that you can have an contact with the service provider of yours, The other thing is that you can contact them online by visiting the official site of BSNL but for that you first need the account with them and later on they will provide the user id and password to have an access over your account. There you can see all the changes regarding your plans and account.

You can have a contact with the service provider by sending the private email and asking for the account details for the current month, this mail you can send to the customer care center where the customer care executive will help you out in this.
