BSNL Broadband: Not able to open any websites

I have been using BSNL broadband connection for the past 2 months. Everything is going fine but from 1 weeks I am not able to browse any site. It just shows an error message that is page cannot display. And I am also refreshing it again ans again but not succeed. I am a using Nokia Siemens router. If you know how to solve this query then please reply me.

I suggest you some information, do try to open DNS 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220 if its not work then try to open Google DNS 8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4and check whether the connection in available or not. I hope by doing this it may help you to connect to the internet. If you are having any other query then please reply me.

I was facing the issues while connecting to the internet then I called to the online customer support and as the instruction on the phone I followed steps in order to solved the problem and believe me, my problem is sorted. I will suggest you the same suggestion to call the online help for solving your issue and follow the instruction as they say.

As you have said that early your internet connection was working properly then I think you should reset your settings. If you have done the settings manually then because of that also this kind of problem occurs. I advice you to go to the internet connection setting and click on the default setting. Which will reset your setting to default and you can again connect to the internet.
