Error 721 & 628 with tata photon

My desktop computer is installed with windows vista and i have been using the tata photon + on my system in for using internet. Now recently while i was surfing the internet i got two error message error 721 and error 628. Suddenly after these error messages my net got disconnected. Please help me in this matter

This error seems not to be related to the device or to your computer it is due to an error with the subscriber it would be better to contact Tata for the same. Call the customer care and ask them about the error messages that you are getting and also ask him to assist you in this matter. hope this will help you.

Visit the customer care it seems as your Tata photon plus device has been damaged and it needs to be replaced or repaired. Rush to the nearest customer care center or nearest Tata indicom gallery. They will check your device and if it would have stopped working they will repair it or you will receive a new device.

Thanks to you all i got my problem solved. I was getting this issue because i am a post paid subscriber and i have a credit limit of about 1000 INR and my credit have been reached upto to 850. Hence my broad band was disabled by the tataindicom itself can you tell me why they disabled even though i have not crossed or reached upto my credit limit.

No i cannot tell you why they did this even though you have not crossed your credit limit. Call the customer care and ask them about the same it appears as they have not updated your account information and that's why you are not getting the remaining credit limit. Hopefully you will fix this issue soon.
