High internet usage problem

I have broadband connection(256 kbps)
Whenever i connect there is a sudden usage of internet speed
(range 15-20 mb)without even opening the browser or any messenger ...why is that ????

i need urgent help becoz its burning a hole in my pocket...

is it some malicous software using my net ????

i have run AVG and found no probs.....

First update your current antivirus, then scan the whole pc. If you still have problem then try Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. I have already scanned using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and deleted the files it showed....but problem still exists......

there are a number of programs that updates themselves constantly,
even windows has its automatic updates

so disable automatic update on every program u use(xcept antivirus maybe)
and be sure to disable windows automatic updates

if u cant find any, just post a pic of ur task manager showing all the processes, and m sure we can find something

i cant update my anti virus..becoz if i try to do that ..again bandwidth will be used some virus/trojan..and more dirty stuff can be introduced into my PC

btw did u find anything faulty in my task manager ???

wat i meant to say was did u check the things i told u that updated themselves...

i m not asking u to update ur antivirus

well i dont know much about that ....i have already disabled windows updates...and AVG updates as well....
still its same problem....

and btw it has boiled down to a file " wwwpos32.exe" .it is located in startup and when i tried to disable it using msconfig,it didnt have any effect and it was enabled automatically..i feel this is the culprit....I tried to delete it manually but no use...AVG,MBAM and hijackthis have also failed.....

well, for that, i can recommend u one software, trojan remover
download it and run the main scan which comes at the front

File menu scan is useless...
i can give u just this suggestion...try it

pos32 removed..manually.....but still problem exists..so it wasnt that file
