TATA and Reliance selling 3G USB modem without 3g spectrum auction

Hi

I want to know that in india how TATA, reliance, BSNL and MTNL providing 3G USB data modem ? because 3G spectrum not allotted to any operator in India then how it's possible ?

TATA reliance using CDMA technology and 3g will be available on GSM in coming year. They are using CDMA spectrum to provide High Speed Internet Access through usb modem. TATA and reliance providing High Speed Internet Access USB modem is not 3G service.

BSNL and MTNL is public sector firm. Currently government allocated 3G spectrum to this firms only. They have permission to launched 3G service in India (in their circle ). About TATA and Reliance i don't know how they got spectrum to launched 3G usb modem.

I don't think TATA and reliance provides 3G service. I am using TATA indicom service they not provide 3G services such as video call, broadband internet through mobile connect which MTNL currently provides in mumbai. They will launch 3G service after 3G Spectrum auction.
