Which is best TATA Indicom photon OR TATA Wimax

I want to know what is difference between TATA indicom Photon and TATA Wimax ? I think in this both service provides wirless broadband intern. What do you think which is best TATA indicom Photon and TATA Wimax ?

TATA Indicom photon OR TATA Wimax both are different wirless internet service. In wimax they will fix antenna on your home and you can access internet in your home only where as in TATA indicom photon you can access internet anywhere on TATA indicom network. On both netwrok you will get broadband speed but on TATA Indicom photon you will get mobility.

TATA indicom photon is usb modem which is available at Rs. 3500. on that you will get average speed up to 1 mbps. where as on wimax you will get max speed up to 10 mbps. Wimax disadvantages is that yo can access internet only in your home where antenna is fixed. I am using TATA Indicom photon usb modem i received maximum 1 mbps speed on it.

Hello friends Tata dont have any wimax spectrum available in any where in India. so they cannot offer any wimax plans.


they are using their available spectrum to give internet access using different techologies like cdma 1x, cdma 2000 etc..
its speed cannot be compaired with wimax speed.
Currently BSNL and MTNL only licensed to give Wimax Broadband.
