Low Speed on TATA WiMax 384kbps infinity plan

Hi

I am using TATA Wimax connection in mumbai. I don't know why TATA wimax not work properly in my area. I register many complaint about speed issue but yet not solve. When i download some songs it gives me 20 to 25 kbps speed. This is very slow compare to anyother ISP.

If you are getting less then 25 kbps speed on 384kbps connection then definitely there is some issue in connection. I am using MTNL broadband 512 kbps connection on that i receive 60 to 70 kbps download speed. Switch to MTNL Triband.

I am using Reliance Wimax connection there no issue i was using this connection form past 9 months. Reliance onetime charges also very low i.e Rs.500. and reliance Wimax tariff plan rates also very low compare to TATA Wimax.

I am using Airtel broadband 384 Kbps connection on that i get more then 70 kbps download speed. Some time i also receive 100 kbps download speed. Don't use Wimax connection there is network issue in wimax connection whether it is reliance or TATA.

Tata dont have any wimax spectrum. so no wimax plans.

they are using different techologies like cdma 1x, cdma 2000 etc..
its speed cannot be compaired with wimax speed.
Currently BSNL and MTNL only licensed to give Wimax Broadband.

Reliance Wimax has no cheaper option in Kolkata except 1Mbps.....
