Reliance netconnect Broadband signal too low

Last month i purchased reliance broadband plus usb modem by spending Rs. 3500. When i check reliance broadband + usb in gallery it's provide speed around 500 kbps. but currently i am getting very low speed on my laptop. around 100 to 200 kbps speed. It's very slow.

I am using Reliance netconnect broadband. and my surfing speed is 500 to 800 kbps speed in my home . In some areas you will not get broadband speed because of network issue. But this modem is better then normal USB modem.

While launching reliance said you will get speed upto 3mbps on reliance netconncet broadband . Is anyone got speed on reliance netconnect more then 1.5 mbps ? ]reliance netconncet broadband is just provides max speed upto 1 mbps only.

Reliance netconncet broadband unlimited usage means fair usage of 10gb per month only. Last saturday and sunday when i use internet that time i download more then 10 gb data. It just waste of money.
