When Tata Docomo will launch in Mumbai ?

That is right. There are now the companies switching to per second pulse plan. This will offer more talktime to the users. But still the schemes are not out yet. I am familiar about the BSNL's per second monthly plan. In this plan you have to pay rs. 54 a month. Then the pulse rate will be on the per second basis. Weather it is Local or STD. This scheme is not active in Karnataka. But there are some terms and conditions on the same.

heard that the per second pulse plan of tata docomo is copied by othr service provider..till nw they wr earning money from the customer witout thinkin abt them..nice to see that tata has cam up wit such a plan..
