Alltel unlimited text plan

I planning to take the alltel smart plan. but i have one doubt, does it include unlimited text for all the phones. if its not included in the plan then how much does it cost to take unlimited text plan. and it is verizon to verizon or its applicable to other newtwork also ?

• My Circle Message Pack 400 $7.99/mo. 400 text, picture, video, unlimited Mobile-to-Mobile and My Circle Messaging
• Alltel Message Pack 200 $4.99/mo. 200 text, picture, video

There is a new option which you can take for unlimited text plan available on alltel. You will have to spend an extra five dollars bring the total cost of the 200, 400, 1000, and 3000 message plans to $10, $15, $20, and $25, respectively.
