    smile I would like to buy a USB Modem...

    Hi friends.... I stay in bangalore... I would like to buy a USB Modem... I am confused about that.. read lots about Reliance and Tata.. But I am still not sure of which one to buy... My prefernces would be like.. I Dont download much.. Max of 10 GB would do.. Even Unlimited is not a problem.. The download speed should be good.. like.. Max of 2 mins for a 5mb file.. and Above all.. I travel atleast once in 2 months to for a week to my native.. which is in mangalore.. so considering all facts can u ppl suggest me a good connection... Please reply...

    Get a reliance usb data card rather then tata. But if you need a reliable one try if you get one from BSNL...

    I think Reliance netconnect broadband is good option for USB modem. Speed and rates are nice.

    Reliance is better then TATA. Reliance network coverage also good compare to TATA. TATA providing services only in 4 circle.

    Well I must say that the Reliance plug & surf is definitely better than the TATA indicom USB since Reliance have better connection & nice network as compared to TATA. I dont have any Idea about the Idea USB modem.

    I would suggest you to go with Reliance.

    you must buy an unlocked modem which will work with both 2g and 3g sim, and you can take advantage of various low cost tarrif.
