Airtel broadband service Sucks

Hi

I am using Airtel broadband from last 3 months in that whenever i call CC they told me your problem will withing 24 hrs still now my speed problem not solve. Some time i get nice speed but some time very bad in short there is lot of fluctuation in speed.

Don't pay the bill till your problem not solve. Other wise they will not solve your problem.

Try another ISP . where do you stay ?

Airtel took 3months to resolve my problems due to which I was not able to make effective use of my connection, they also promised to wave off the rental till the problem is not resolved.
