Airtel broadband issues in mumbai

I am using Reliance WiMax currently. From last month in reliance i am getting problems. such slow download and browsing speed. some of my friends suggest me for Airtel broadband. but before taking airtel broadband i want to know is there in issue with airtel broadband. Some one using Airtel broadband in mumbai plz post here.

There is no speed problem in mumbai. I am getting 256 kbps speed on unlimited downloading plan. I am using this connection from last two 2 months.

I never faced a downtime for 6 months, except one instance. when i called the Airtel CC, he was informed that his problem would be solved within the next 3 hours.
