MTNL Triband service is now improving

Hello friends

yesterday i called MTNL customer care about MTNL new triband connection. I asked them about unlimited plan and how much day it will take to provide me triband connection ? They told me withing 1 month you will get connection . (6 months ago they told me that you will get in 3 months and no unlimited plan ).

Never trust on MTNL they are not providing Triband service within 1 month at minimum 2 months they took to provide service. If you launch any complaint they took 3 to 4 days (or week ) to solve problem. They will not give you any discount for that period.
