I need wireless internet connection.

I can pay 1500/- month with un-limited access.

or i want yearly payment option with unlimited.

so which one should i take Reliance or Airtel...

Reliance WiMax is there. You also have TATA WiMax option. I dont know if Airtel has any wireless broadband connection.
