No Unlimited plan in Reliance Netconnect

Hi friends

I checked Reliance Netconnect Tariff on reliance website there they mention that " Unlimited usage plans will have a fair usage policy of 10 GB/month. Beyond which the customer will be charged at Rs. 2/- per MB. "

That means Reliance are not providing Unlimited plan.

Yes there are 10 Gb limit for downloading after that they will Charge Rs. 2 per mb. It's very costlier.

I have purchased a Reliance Netconnect 1x prepaid data card on 22nd June 2009 from the reliance showroom at Andheri (E).
I have recharged with lifetime validity which is valid till 19th June 2022.
Also, I have recharged with 801 this month for the unlimited scheme.

My questions is, when I go the reliance site; http://www.rcom.co.in/Communications...e_balance.html to check my prepaid balance, it does not show me that I have the unlimited scheme. Is there a Cap(limit) in the unlimited scheme too. The account started from 7.5gb and is down to 4.6gb now.

Please clarify.

Reliance Netconnect 1x Unlimited plan is available at Rs. 1099. There is no unlimited plan available at Rs. 801 you can check tariff plan here : http://www.rcom.co.in/Communications...ed_tariff.html .

i have spoken to them and they say, i have a unlimited plan. but when i tell them about the site where i can check my balance, they say, there is no such site available for prepaid .

Yes Aditya u are right, 1099 recharge was the unlimited scheme before, which is reduced to 801 now. the site is not updated according to the current tarriffs.
