Reliance WiMax Connection issue.....help

I had heard about Reliance WiMax Connection and its features regarding speed, n etc... So few days back I took the reliance wimax connection.
Their tech guys came and installed the hardware at my place.... also they showed me how to open internet explorer and type the address and then when the login page comes up, enter the credentials and login. This worked fine and I could see a login page prompt up after entering any address....

Now when my plan started and I tried to do the same thing, the login page doesn't prompt up.....
What should I do?

Is there any error message you are getting when you try to open
the login page ?

I am using Mozilla Firefox as my intenet browser.
In the status bar of my firefox, it first says
"connecting to google.com" after few seconds "waiting for google.com"
then.... "connecting to (some IP address )"...and then after around
10-12 seconds..."Problem loading page"....

Alright try this,

• type the address reliancebroadband.co.in on the Internet Explorer and do not take it from the drop down list,
  otherwise you will get the home page
  
• now the issue of authnetication failed, this occurs when you have not logged out of the reliance,
  note - whenever you are shutting down your system you need to log out of of the reliance wimax
  
• now call the customer care and tell them you are facing authentication failed issue. They will tranfer your line to
  the technical department and they will reset your password...

Hopefully your problem should be solved...
