Reliance BIG TV Signal Problem

Hi

I am using Reliance Big Tv yesterday when i search signal there are many channel when it display msg No signal. and after 1 hrs when i search again many channel from that list now working i think there is some problem from reliance.

I think they are having some technical issue. One of my friend also getting problem with reliance Big TV.
