MTNL Tri-band Keeps on disconnecting

Hi guys! i have a problem and thats screwing me every moment! i have MTNL's Tri-band connection. I use it for internet as well as IP-TV. My problem is my internet connection keeps disconnecting for no reason. What do i do? i have to restart my computer to get the internet to work again. No matter what i do. it gets disconnected with 10 to 15 minutes! Rebooting my computer every 15 minutes is Damn wierd! please help guys!

Does your TV stop working when you loose internet? i mean you use IP-TV does the channels go away when you face the problem on your computer? This question might help you get better replies so don't think i'm asking a stupid question!

I understand! Nope! When my internet vanishes, my TV channels work fine! Only the internet on my computer gets disconnected. My TV as well as Phone works fine when the internet gets disconnected. please help me!

It seems your computer is infected by a virus which is terminating the "svchost.exe" files on your computer. This file runs under windows services with many options which are not exposed to users. Terminating svchost.exe may stop your network services, even your local area networks get terminatted. In this scenario, the best advice is to install an Anti-virus software and update it then scan your computer.

yeah! zipp is right! i has similar issues when i had windows XP on my computer and when i was a noob! If you already have a genuine Anti-virus software, update it and scan your computer, but if you not, Buy one! You can also download the free antivirus like AVG, Avira. Its better to be safe then to cry! All the best!
