TATA sky Plus and TV tuner Question

HELLO!
I want to know if I can use TATA sky plus & capture programs on my computer with the help of my internal TV tuner card?

I can capture programs with my current setup but want to know if i can capture programs using TATA SKY PLUS?

Please help me & IF this is possible I want to know how is this possible?

Till now i have not tried Tata sky on computers using TV tUNER CARD.
But i am sure about dishtv, i have tried that and its working for me .

Well thanks for the prompt reply but IF someone can tell me how to setup & is there anything else I require for the same?
Do I need to purchase any tool or like that?
I really liked the features of TATA SKY & I want to use it but at the same time i also want to save some of the programs to my computer as a personal data to some videos & serials.
I know i can pause programs with it & they gets stored & i can watch them later but don't know if they save the program somewhere or on my hard drive using TV tuner card or without using TV tuner card.

You should have a computer with a capture card or tv tuner card.
Then plug in a tataskys av cables to the compters av input
start windvr 3

It will be better if i get any guide on this somewhere so that it will give me a clear picture & will give me the confidence since i don't want to loose my money on TATA sky if am not able to record the programs.

i got this service about a week ago now... first, it has a 160 GB hdd capable of recording up to 45 hours of video..
second, it costs up to 10000( including installation charges) for new subscribers and between 5k- 6k for existing subscribers( based on their package) ..... they take up to 3 days to get the unit and fix it.

the recording, pause and rewind features are great! it can even record some shows automatically as the next episode is being aired...

But existing tata sky users will find tat changing channels takes a bit longer...there are a few bugs that would probably get resolved in a software update.

whats interesting in the back panel is the presence of a modem port, an Ethernet port and a usb port....they are of no use yet though...

guys..i live in my college hostel...we have a commom TV there..with DTH service...but i cant get to watch my favourite programes..i have a laptop wid me n also a tv tuner card ? is ther any way i can get to watch tv while in hostel ?

You can obviously connect the DTH service by tata sky plus to your laptop via TV tuner card you have for watching your favorite programs....

I am not sure whether it works even when others are watching some other programs on TV at the same time.
