tata sky online

I recently purchased my plus and registered on their site. I dont have any idea about other DTH guys but what tata has done for its customer is impressive. they have accnt info which includes the balance and transaction history, renewal options tht include vouchers and online recharge as well as a query section that they claim will be answered in 24 hrs. I have mailed them a query to see it for myself if theyll get back within 24hrs. Has anyone ever done it online. just want to know how efficient it is. Ill be testing it myself as well..

Well, I have not tested it cause I have Hathway set top box installed at my place
But according to some members Tata Sky is proven itself to be good.

I don't know about online but the Poor customer support,, The toll free no. is not reachable 99.99 % & one has to call the STD nos.

They have made it very convinient for their users. The online credit and the auto debit facilty are great and efficient plus the entire interface is very user friendly.
