Problem with Airtel broadband

I am using Airtel broadband problem from last 2 months. Speed is not good i am in 256 kbps plan in that i am getting 20 kbps download speed. and disconnection problem also occurs many time. Now i am going to disconnect internet connection this month. Think twice before taking Airtel broadband.

Which connection should i take ?

I am using MTNL Triband connection still i am not having any problem. rates are high compare to other ISP but good surfing and browsing speed.
